You may already know me as a business owner and outsourcing expert, and more recently at the beginning of Covid, I ended up helping The Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors as a Career Coach.
During my own career path and business journey, I've thrown myself in the deep end and quickly come up to speed, excelling, and getting paid to learn new skill sets. Back in 2010 it was outsourcing and in 2020 it was Career Coaching. I've been able to do this quickly / easily and successfully, because I set myself productivity and accountability structures that work!
And my mindset philosophy, of take action first and the confidence will follow... has served me all of my career and work as a coach.

Coaching is my calling, it always has been, but I never thought I was good enough. I thought I had to make a million dollars before I could become a coach.

The job market was saturated, my customers were facing uncertain economic times and let me tell you, confidence and morale was low. This was a personal triumph for me, considering I was not even a Career Coach by trade (I am now). I was an entrepreneur/business coach when I got that job.

PS FYI: My background, skills, tangible expertise and rock solid habits and routines include:
Running an IT company with my ex-husband including various other projects and start-ups (MLM, property investing, Feng Shui workshops and products). I have been in small business most of my career, until now. Currently I have a blended model of part time work as a Vocational Coach at Carers Queensland, as well as run my own business as a coach, which genuinely limits how much space I have for new clients.
Ten plus years of outsourcing and helping entrepreneurs build scale and personal freedom, through putting on team members from the Philippines. I have run talks and created an online outsourcing step by step program, launched that online, and achieved a twenty percent conversation.
