Outsourcing To The Philippines

For many years my business revolved around teaching about and implementing outsourcing to the Philippines. 

Although I personally got to a stage where that was not the only thing I wanted to be doing and continued to evolve my business skills creating new brands, services and developing new skills, I still choose to consult, coach and train and help entrepreneurs with outsourcing. 

Why is that?

Because it is still one of the fastest ways to create business leverage and growth whilst spending the least amount of money.

Like all skill-sets in business, there is a learning curve. 

With outsourcing however, it is not a set and forget strategy. The learning curve is steep to get the results, that accelerate your business. 

I am a huge advocate of taking the time to learn the complete skill-set. 

Why? Because successful outsourcing is not just about the recruitment, it is about all that goes before and after that. And then maintaining the whole thing so that it continues to give you a return on investment. 

The complete skill-set will enable you to duplicate itself over and over as your business grows. 

One missing step could cost you not only money, but time and pain. 

My motivation is always about unleashing potential and acceleration. Why spend five years when you could spend one year. Each year that goes by is an opportunity cost and time you can never get back.
